Our Team
Our passion and forward-thinking leadership have led to winning unprecedented legal victories and advancing agricultural policy reform. Our Founding Principal litigated the landmark case KaB, LLC v USPIS, MLB 18-39 (2018) establishing the precedent for the shipment of hemp through the US Postal Service. Courtney also played a key role in drafting and negotiating the language included in the 2018 Farm Bill federally legalizing commercial hemp. Our team’s extensive knowledge of Hemp Law & Policy, Administrative Law, and Land Use continues to position our clients at an advantage in the marketplace.
