Oregon Psilocybin Services Opens September 2026 Public Comment Period on Proposed Rules
Public Comment Period Runs September 1–21, 2026
Oregon Psilocybin Services (OPS) has opened its September 2026 public comment period for proposed administrative rules governing Oregon’s psilocybin services program.
The proposed rules include significant increases to all fees and the elimination of reduced-fee options, making this an important opportunity for licensed businesses, facilitators, manufacturers, service centers, and other stakeholders in Oregon’s psilocybin program to review the proposed changes and provide feedback.
Public Comment Period:
The 21-day public comment period began September 1, 2026, and will remain open through September 21, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

Stakeholders are encouraged to review the proposed rules and submit comments addressing provisions that may affect their operations, licensing costs, or participation in Oregon’s psilocybin services program.

OPS will also hold two virtual public hearings during the comment period.
