Oregon Psilocybin Services 2025 Public Comment Period Now Open

The September 2025 Public Comment Period for Oregon Psilocybin Services (OPS) proposed rules is now open. This is an opportunity for community members, stakeholders, and interested organizations to help shape the future of psilocybin regulation in Oregon.
The current public comments are specifically regarding proposed rule edits to OAR 333-333 and 333-333-2080. You can review the full text of the 2025 Proposed Rules here:

OPS is accepting written and emailed comments on the proposed rules from September 2 – September 22, 2025 (closing at 5:00 p.m. PT).
