The proposed amendments to OAR 845-026-6100 would give applicants greater flexibility to remedy deficiencies in hemp product registration applications and provide additional opportunities to resubmit.
These changes relate to House Bill 4121 (2024), which directed OLCC to establish a registry for hemp products sold to consumers in Oregon.
