Updating Hemp Program Rules
This RAC serves as an essential step toward updating the existing Oregon hemp program. The draft rules the RAC will discuss include creating a new vendor license, updates to grower application dates, authorization for remediation, and other minor corrections.
As the hemp industry continues to evolve, it is important to ensure that regulations keep pace with the changing market.
