ODA Hemp Grower License Applications DUE May 31!

ODA Hemp Grower License Applications DUE May 31!

If you plan to grow hemp in Oregon during this 2024 production session, submit your license application, required documentation, and fees today to avoid unnecessary late fees, delays in licensure, and violation enforcement actions.

All hemp grower license applications (whether new or renewals), including grow site information, must be submitted no later than May 31, 2024 to avoid denial or late fees!

2024 Grower/Grow Site License Applications are found here, along with more information on grower program requirements.

2024 Hemp Handler License Applications are found here, along with more information on handler program requirements.

Whether you're a new applicant or a current licensee renewing your license, please take the time to conduct a thorough and careful review of your application!

Your application must be complete, with maps for your grow site(s) and all fees paid, as "incomplete applications won't be processed until they are fixed." Errors in applications, including failure to list all key participants and pay all required fees, could result in administrative delays in processing your application and issuance of your license, violations, or result in overall license denial.
