2026 NEW ODA Rules Now in Effect
NEW ODA Hemp Rules Now in Effect

The Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) has officially adopted new and updated program rules, effective January 26, 2026.

If you are a licensed hemp operator- whether a grower, handler/manufacturer, or vendor/distributor/seller of hemp products in Oregon or out of Oregon, it is critical that you review these changes immediately and ensure you are in full compliance.

ODA continues to increase enforcement of program rules, and noncompliance may result in enforcement action, violations, civil penalties, or fines.

If you have questions about how these rules impact your operations or need help reviewing your compliance, EARTH Law, LLC can provide expert guidance and strategic representation. For any additional questions about these hemp rule updates, please schedule a consultation at info@earthlawllc.com or 541-632-3946.
