
The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) is preparing to engage in rulemaking related to House Bill 4121’s hemp product registry requirements. Starting January 1, 2026, the registry will require certain hemp products for sale to Oregon consumers are registered with the OLCC.
The registration requirements apply to hemp products being sold in the general market outside of the OLCC-licensed marijuana market (e.g. online, smoke shops, and grocery stores).
If you are interested in serving on this Rules Advisory Committee, please complete the Hemp Registry RAC Application. The application is open through Tuesday, March 4, 2025. You will only be contacted if you are selected to participate.
